Rosana Herrero-Martín is a lecturer in Hispanic Studies at The University of the West Indies, Barbados. She is also the author of another illustrated book, Itimad, La Romayquía.
Debra Providence has provided the adaption of the text into English. She is a writer and researcher from Saint Vincent & the Grenadines. Debra is a lecturer in West Indian Literature at The University of the West Indies, Barbados.
