Herbert brings a wealth of professional experience to her writing. A retired banker with 42 years in the industry, she holds a Master of Science in Financial Services Management, a Master Certificate in Contract Management, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. These achievements underscore her dedication and attention to detail, qualities that are reflected in her heartfelt storytelling.
